Hello there mate!
My name is Aaron Griffiths, I'm a guitarist that has 8 years of playing experience. So why choose me as your personal or child's guitar tutor ? I personally went through 2 years of private tutoring, completed Music 1 with a band 6 (Highest possible grade), studying a Diploma of music, do session guitar work for local western Sydney artists, have live playing experience with various forms of rock and acoustic music and am currently a member of an active RnB based band from Sydney called Brothers in Harmony. I am experienced teaching ages from as young as 6 years old to 65 years young!
Though, what really sets me apart from other guitar tutors is my passion for teaching new students my personal love of the guitar. I'm not here just to take your money then show you or your child a few chords and scales and leave, I'm offering to aid them in becoming the musician they want to be. The look on someones face when they finally achieve their goals along the road is priceless whether it be learning basic chords, or finally learning that riff from their favorite song.
I currently teach the following:
Beginner Guitar
Intermediate Guitar (Can cover classical fingerstyle, electric guitar and many more)
Beginner/Intermediate Bass Guitar
All my classes include musical theory so you are equipt to not only play at a professional level but also understand important musical terminology
Prices are as follows:
$25 - Half an Hour lesson travelling to your home location
$25 - 1 Hour lesson if conducted in my home (Doonside).
$30 - 1 Hour lesson if travelling to your home location.
$35 - Hour for group lessons (At your location or mine). (3 Students max so I can really focus on each member)
If you or your child does not own a guitar that can be arranged to be brought for absolutely no charge. (Full Size, 3/4 Size, 1/2 Size all available).
If you are looking at intermediate electric guitar/bass guitar lessons that can be catered to as well.
These prices are VERY competitive with most other guitar tutors offering upwards of $70 per hour for in home tutoring.
I am able to meet most times suitable to your comfort.
