EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED. in ARNDELL PARK, New South Wales

Affordable Billiards is arguably the biggest importer and retailer of billiard and pool tables and we are now looking for an experienced receptionist / office assistant.The successful applicant must of had at least 2 years experience in working in an office enviornment . The successful will be required to answer emails ,give quotes on delivery costs ,deal with customers face to face ,resolve unhappy customers complaints , be able to work under pressure ,have general knowledge in using Office XP, book in delivey dates ,write up our delivery drivers run for the day ,call the customers to give approxamate delivery times ,do up con notes for interstate deliveries,and various other duties ,which you will be trained in doing.If you have had an sales experience that will give you an advantage ,however it is not compulsory ,and you must be well presented.The successful applicant will be paid $19.50 per hour gross ,and will be on a 1 month trial to start with ,and if you are competant in doing the above duties , you will remain employed in the company.The hours of employment are Monday to Fridays from 9.15 till 5 pm ,with the possibility of some week end work.You must be able to speak fluently in English ,and to apply for this position ,please forward your resume to us ,and in your introduction in 60 words or less ,please write why you would be suited for this job over other applicants.
