ABOUT ME:
I was rescued from Renbury Farm Shelter. I've been spending my days hanging out in the office of my foster parents. They spend time with me each day and around the time they usually visit I hang out by the big windows waiting for them. I get so excited when I see them and run to meet them at the door. I feel very safe and loved and so happy especially when we have visitors and I just love meeting the adults and kids who come and say hi to us. I've also made some great new friends with the other cats and kittens who live with me. One of my roommates isn't so friendly to me and particularly loves to chase me. She doesn't faze me at all because I'm quick to get out of her way and have plenty of great spots to hang out. My most favourite spot is the warm laptop. When it is being used I'll hangout close to my foster parents on the desk because I love their company.
WHAT WE THINK:
This is a big call but true - Bella is 'hands down' one of the most beautiful natured cats we have cared for. It is a highlight of our day to arrive to see her beautiful face waiting for us in the window. She's truly special and is a very gentle, smoochy, delicate girl and definitely not moody or timid. Bella isn't a fussy cat and is grateful for everything she is provided.
Bella favourite spot is the laptop (Cadet editor in the making !) She's always somewhere near us showering us with affection. She's incredibly engaging and loves to get to your 'eye level' be it on the desk or high on our filing cabinets or bookshelves so she can get close and personal with us. She's been winning over all the adults and kids that come to visit us lately.
Bella takes everything in her stride and isn't fazed by having other cats/kittens around her. This week we put her with a scared hissy new arrival and in no time Bella seemed to have settled the kitten down. We call her a 'peacemaker cat'. We haven't introduced her to any dogs yet but assume she would take them in her stride too. She's equally happy to 'hang out' by herself as long as she has humans to love and protect her.
HOME WE ARE AFTER:
Bella's future owners need to provide her with a loving long term and safe house. Please promise to protect her and ensure that she never ends up in a high-kill animal shelter again. She didn't deserve to be in one as a kitten to start with so please remember that owning a cat is a lifelong commitment. Be prepared to commit to loving and keeping her for a long-life together (that could and hopefully will be for the next 15 to 20 years

We have worked tirelessly to keep Bella safe and we ask that you respect our wishes to protect her by having her as an 'inside only' cat unless you have a cat run or enclosed area. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (i.e. fly screens etc). She's been inside since we rescued her and doesn't yearn for outside.
We want her to be truly loved and given great quality food. We also ask that you ensure she has regular veterinary visits and kept up to date with annual vaccinations.
Bella is so 'easy-going' so we aren't being prescriptive in the type of household she goes to. She would suit a single owner, a couple, a family and likewise house-holds with or without other cats (not tested yet with dogs)
Bella is currently in foster care in Kings Park (near the beginning of the M7). If you are keen to meet her you are welcome to arrange a time to visit and we are also willing to arrange a home visit / check with you
