Call Centre (ICT) in ARNDELL PARK, New South Wales

General Purpose. The Call Centre role is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls from customers to log the Incidents or Service Requests, answering inquiries and questions, handle complaints, follow-up on existing incidents, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Main Tasks;
- Answering calls professionally
- Respond to customer complaints
- Research required information using available resources
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter customer information
- Process orders, formas and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to apprpriate resources
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Produce car reports
Requirements
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
- One or more years of experience in a call centre environment
- Customer service experience
- Good data entry/ keyboard skills
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: $42k + Super
